Full time 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
Based in any Te Kura tari (office) located in: Wellington, Palmerston North, Masterton, New Plymouth, Hastings, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wairoa, Tauranga, Hamilton, Auckland, Whangarei, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill or Queenstown

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position
The purpose of this role is to lead the set-up and handover for the bulk funding system for ORS Teacher Aide funding at Te Kura.
This role is project-based and time-limited. Once the systems and processes are in place, ongoing oversight will sit with Finance and the Learning Support Finance Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focuses on finalising the financial set-up.
- Documenting the internal processes to be followed by Finance, Human Resources (HR), and regional teams.
- Develop a reporting format for Ministry of Education accountability.

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven ability to deliver defined projects on time and strong documentation, process-mapping, and reporting skills.
- Ability to provide leadership in a project environment, coordinating work across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of funding processes and requirements, with the ability to apply this to project design and implementation.
- A genuine interest in learning and embracing te reo Māori, with a commitment to growing your skills.
