Full time, up to 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week, negotiable)

Based in any Te Kura location

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position  

We are now seeking 1–2 suitably qualified, enthusiastic, and future-focused Kaiako (teachers) with current registration to support the development of our Years 1–10 Samoan language online course/modules.

Please note this is a curriculum writing role, not a teaching position. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Leads, and Curriculum Team to design high-quality resources for ākonga across Aotearoa.

We Are Looking For: 

• A Kaiako with current New Zealand registration
• Experience teaching Samoan language in New Zealand schools
• The ability to design engaging, inclusive, and clear learning resources for diverse ākonga
• Confidence using online tools and working to agreed timelines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google apps, and Learning Management Systems (desirable)
